Pay for your membership automatically

We make it easy to sign up and pay online. Unlimited monthly classes start at $147 per month and are tiered to allow the whole family to participate. 2-3 students drops the monthly rate to $137 per student and 4+ students brings the monthly rate to $125 per student.

Our signup process is easy! If you have any questions, please visit our location and speak with Sensei DiNunno between classes, give us a call, or send us an email.

Waivers and forms

Please print and sign the following forms and bring them into your first class, or arrive 10 minutes early and we will have printed copies available for you to sign in-person.
