Greetings Jason, I'm looking to start out at $115/month for single students $100 each for 2-3 and $90 each for 4 or more. Likely to lower as more students join and will adjust to the needs of the community, so spread the word! Let me know if this works for you. For the family plan I'll send out a link for the program with anyone interested. Of course, feel free to discuss!
M-W-F 5:30-6:30 for beginners, and 7-8 for intermediate and advanced. Also have a saturday class starting at 4. Would be happy to welcome him to the school!
My son is 12 and has a hearing disorder call audiology neuropathy. He would need to see your face most of the time but not 100%. He wears hearing aids but they only help with background noise filtering, volume doesn’t help with his disorder. Would your team be able to accommodate his challenge by knowing he may not hear you if he can’t see the instructors face?
Shouldn't be a problem. I've done similar with blind/nearly blind students. The room has mirrors on the far wall and all techniques are performed as they are called out, so there are multiple methods of communication going on at all times. I'll also establish a sign (hand sign or nod) between the student to confirm if the message was understood or not. I really don't like a class to be a lecture, it should be motion at most times.
I will my utmost to accommodate any condition that affects how the message is received and delivered between a student and instructor.
Jason, lets get you and your son in for a free trial week and see how he likes it. Feel free to stop in MW or F to get started. Looking forward to meeting you two!
What is the cost for a child and do you offer any multi child discounts??
